We seek a Sales Director for North Europe and CIS to:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, today consisting of 17 Key Account Managers and two Sales Managers, driving revenue, margin, and market share for Air France, KLM, Delta Airlines, and our partners in North Europe.
  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy for the premium market segments.
  • Analyse and execute on insightful market analysis and spearhead sales initiatives to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Travel across the North Europe region to build strong relationships with key clients and anticipating on local specificities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and empower: Manage a team of Key Account Managers across Nordics and Baltics, fostering their skills and driving sales performance.
  • Strategic Sales Leader: Develop and execute sales strategy, analyze market data, and provide insights to guide the team.
  • Project Champion: Lead the team in identifying new business opportunities and innovative ways of working.
  • Quality & Compliance Focused: Ensure adherence to budgets and quality management practices.
  • Local Expertise & Client Champion: Leverage local networks and represent Air France KLM at key events.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree.
  • Proven successful track record in managing large, remote teams.
  • Extensive sales and leadership experience within the Nordics market, preferably in air transport or business travel.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and market segmentation expertise.
  • Compelling communicator who can influence stakeholders and represent Air France KLM at senior levels.
  • Results-oriented leader with a passion for driving growth.
