Job description

This is a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in generating revenue, establishing customer relationships, and positioning Freemelt as a disruptive leader of industrial metal additive manufacturing solutions, with a focus on applications, such as Orthopedic Implants, MedTech equipment, Energy, Defense, and beyond. As you are a founding member of team for the EMEA region you will work on establishing the regional sales strategy, way of working while leading the execution of the sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand new sales in strategic industrial segments in EMEA.
  • Identify, establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key industrial prospects and partners.
  • Raise awareness of Freemelt and our industrial and research solutions in the market.
  • Identify needs, applications, funding, and users suitable for our technology solutions.
  • Support with the continuously improving the customer journey and our product offerings
  • Build new industrial market niches to meet the 2030 strategy.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of successful business development and sales management.
  • Industrial knowledge and experience in additive manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of traditional manufacturing, Business cases, and creating demand.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities, customer calls, and working with internal teams.
  • Experiences with consultative technical sales
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM database updates, and automation.
