The Opportunity
We are building a Sales Strategy & Enablement team for our Nordic region and are currently looking for a commercial Go-To-Market Lead to join our team at the Stockholm office. This is a temporary contract covering a parental leave.
The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is responsible to set the strategy for what products and offers we need, to improve sales, revenues and win market share in the Nordics. We coordinate new product launches and cross Nordic initiatives. We also propose acquisitions, partnerships, and new collaborations both internally with the group and externally to deliver on our strategic agenda.
The team is driving and coordinating the growth agenda for the Nordic markets, where you will contribute with commercial focus as the link between Product Management and Sales.
Your mission is to take out our products and offerings in our sales organization which consists of both direct sales within Small- Mid- and Large enterprises and partners with different partner models. You manage stakeholders throughout the organization, and are working close with your peers in Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations. Some of our products are launched in in partnership hence you also need to work close with these partners and maintain the commercial relation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You are the natural "go-to" person for the sales organization collecting input, informing, training, and keeping them up to date on products and offeringsCreate and maintain commercial presentations, training material and documentation supporting the Sales organizationAttend partner and marketing events to support salesCoordinate cross Nordic launchesCoordinate projects cross the NordicEngage with colleagues cross Europe for knowledge sharing and best practiceWho Are We Looking For
Full working proficiency in Swedish and EnglishBusiness sense and commercial mindsetYou are a great communicator and excellent in stakeholder managementExcellent skills in Office suite and particularly Power PointAble to work in a role that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a highly dynamic organizationA great teammate, who supports the team and puts team and business objectives firstGraduation at least at bachelor level Previous experience in the payment industry or similar is an advantagePerks & Benefits
