Job description
Define and implement strategic and tactical sales development and support plans for the regions and implement new commercial offerings and improved customer experience. This function is the interface between the backline and frontline to enable and implement an aligned execution approach of the agreed commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the regions to manage an efficient channel strategy
  • Make sure that operational capabilities are in place for a successful launch and customer experience (value propositions, training of salespeople, inventory, service operation)
  • Make sure that value proposition & sales material for selected portfolios are available
  • Support the sales teams within the regions in strategic quotations and customer negotiations
  • Price management and support
  • Visit key customers in conjunction with the regional sales team to provide in-depth product knowledge and assist in troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Sales support including technical and commercial documentation, product, and applications training (pre-commercialization and post-sale)
  • Provide sales support & training including training material
  • Develop and maintain marketing material together with the Marketing department

Who you are

  • Experienced: 5+ years in additive manufacturing with proven success in sales roles.
  • Technical & commercial: You combine in-depth understanding of additive manufacturing with excellent business acumen.
  • Strategic thinker: Capable of driving change, engaging stakeholders, and executing ambitious plans.
  • Relationship builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-driven: You possess initiative, a sense of urgency, and a drive for results.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Relevant engineering or commercial degree
  • Experience in sales enablement platforms and CRM
  • Experience in product line management would be highly advantageous
