Maersk Logistics & Services Sweden is seeking a Case Officer for our office in Haparanda
We are looking for a Case Officer, Customs Process Administrator, for our office in Haparanda, to cover a colleague on parental leave. This position is a temporary replacement for a parental leave expected to last around 1.5 years.
Working with us involves preparing customs declarations for a number of regular clients according to prevailing regulations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administering customs declarations
- Interpreting regulations
- Classifying goods
- Maintaining effective communication with customers, Customs authorities, and other agencies

We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in the industry or other work experience and completion of high school education
- A positive attitude and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Being organized, attentive, and enjoying challenges
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, and preferably Finnish, both spoken and written
- A strong customer service orientation, meticulousness, and a solution-driven mindset
- An aptitude for teamwork as well as the capability to work independently
