This role is based in Järfälla and is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

• Develop and maintain the contract portfolio and relationships with new and existing customers, including renegotiating contracts and monitoring margins on larger contracts.
• Proactively identify projects and business opportunities, and ensure discipline and standards in sales work to meet sales goals.
• Handle order processing and document management, while planning for growth and customer satisfaction with the delivery organization.
• Conduct continuous competitor mapping and market updates, and manage customer inquiries to maintain good relationships and customer satisfaction.

• Have 1–2 years of sales experience or telemarketing/telesales experience.
• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Have an interest in sales.
