We are seeking a motivated Junior Test Leader to join the Process, Information & CRM team at Telia Sweden. This is your chance to be part of our transformation as a new generation telecom operator, shaping innovative ways of working and enhancing customer value.

Hi, I'm Charlotte, leading the B2B team. Our team comprises Process managers, Data Stewards, Business Analysts, and CRM Product Owner. We hold the process ownership to drive increased efficiency and standardization. Emphasizing user experience, we strive for streamlined internal processes while ensuring top-notch customer service.

If you enjoy operating at the intersection of business and IT, this opportunity is perfect for you. As the Junior Test Leader, you will oversee user acceptance testing for our CPQ tool Salesforce Vlocity, playing a vital role in ensuring the quality of our developments for business users.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with agile IT streams and various business stakeholders to align our tool with business needs and quality standards. Your daily interactions will involve system architects, developers, testers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners within the team.

Your main responsibilities will include planning, designing, and executing test cases, managing defects, and working closely with the IT delivery team to document and share insights from the testing process.

Are you the one we're looking for?

If you are passionate about ensuring quality in business processes and tools, have extensive experience in user acceptance testing for Salesforce, and a keen eye for detail, you might be the perfect fit.

You should also have Agile testing experience in a dynamic environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in business or IT
  • Extensive Salesforce background, preferably in Vlocity CPQ (5+ years)
  • End-to-end testing proficiency
  • Strong expertise in test case management (planning, designing, controlling)
  • In-depth understanding of IT development methodologies (experience in SAFe is a plus)
  • Business analysis experience is beneficial
  • Fluency in Swedish
