Mitt namn är Charlotte och jag leder teamet som äger flera av nyckelprocesserna inom B2B. Just nu letar vi efter en Process Manager till teamet Process, Information & CRM inom Telia Sverige. Teamets roll är att leda vägen till ökad processeffektivitet, standardisering och harmonisering. Vi arbetar även med informationsmodellering och CRM-utveckling, och teamet består av Process Managers, Data Managers, Business Analysts, Test Lead och CRM Product Owner.

Vi är mitt inne i en transformation av vår B2B-affär, där vi både måste hantera dagens utmaningar och samtidigt tänka nytt för att förflytta vår affär in i en ny tid. För att lyckas på vår förändringsresa behöver vi personer med högt affärsfokus som ständigt utmanar, förenklar och bryr sig om våra kunder och vårt samhälle.

I teamet Process, Information & CRM bidrar vi till transformationen bland annat genom att optimera och vidareutveckla affärsprocesserna för B2B Sverige. Som Process Manager kommer du ansvara för att utveckla våra processer, samt driva verksamhetstransformation kopplat till process. Tillsammans med resten av teamet kommer du göra organisationen mer produktiv genom att införa förbättrade arbetssätt och digitala verktyg.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Förstå, analysera och föreslå förändringar i process och arbetssätt med målet att effektivisera Telias organisation och förbättra kundupplevelsen. Du kommer även Jobba nära IT för att kravställa på digitala verktyg utifrån ett processperspektiv Driva och ansvara för processarbete i stora transformationer i vår verksamhet, med fokus på att optimera våra arbetssätt inom B2B

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att utveckla och förenkla arbetssätt och processer i en större organisation. Du gillar att verka i en dynamisk miljö där du arbetar självständigt med olika delar av organisationen och tvekar inte att själv söka möjliga vägar framåt. Vidare brinner du för att driva förändring och att utmana existerande arbetssätt.

Din erfarenhet och kompetens:

Eftergymnasial utbildning eller liknande erfarenhet inom IT/teknik/ekonomi Minst 2-3 års erfarenhet av process- och verksamhetsutvecklingsarbete inom IT, telekom eller liknande verksamhet, i en stor organisation Erfarenhet av affärskravställning mot IT Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet från att arbeta enligt SAFe-modellen Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav
