Telia is undergoing a significant transformation to establish itself as the foremost purpose-driven digital telecommunications company in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Our goal is to deliver unparalleled customer experiences, which necessitates a focus on enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.

In the process of becoming a digital telco, the People & Culture department is required to evolve into a more digital, data-driven, and customer-centric entity. In this role as the Head of Group Total Reward, you will directly report to the Chief People Officer and play a key role within the People & Culture Leadership team.

This position is based in Solna, Sweden.

What you will do:

  • Develop the reward strategy for Telia Company, ensuring efficient and customer-centric support for key stakeholders
  • Assess internal client requirements within the Reward sector across all markets
  • Digitalize and streamline Reward processes company-wide
  • Drive and implement appropriate Reward adjustments across the organization and oversee local initiatives
  • Lead the strategic planning and design of all reward programs, including annual salary reviews and incentives
  • Act as the primary source of expertise in the Reward field, staying abreast of market trends and best practices, and facilitating knowledge sharing across all levels
  • Manage all common Telia Company Reward Communication efforts

Your qualities and background:

  • We are seeking an individual who is results-oriented, capable of spearheading innovative approaches in the Reward domain, and possesses strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
  • You should be accustomed to navigating complex matrix organizations, collaborating cross-functionally, and engaging with managers and HR professionals at all levels
  • Proficiency in modern digital tools within the Reward sphere is essential, along with familiarity with Mercer's IPE methodology and tools
  • Given our international operations, fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is a must
  • You should have a business mindset, be cost-conscious, and adept at balancing diverse organizational needs
  • Your work style should reflect a structured, pragmatic approach with a strategic outlook and the ability to respond promptly to business demands
  • You must excel in stakeholder management, foster collaborations, and empower individuals to find effective solutions and share best practices
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
