We are searching for a motivated HR Business Partner to join our team in Stenungsund.

In your future role as HR Business Partner you will:

  • Be a full member of the leadership team and collaborate with executives and other support functions.
  • Coach and collaborate with business leaders to tackle challenges.
  • Manage local labor relations and build stable relations with unions.
  • Guide leaders on people matters such as total rewards, labor relations, and employment law.
  • Execute operational tasks and drive decisions independently using available resources.
  • Deliver on HR policies and practices, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Implement tasks based on local Total Rewards needs and company strategy.
  • Lead projects to improve the People strategy.

The position is based in Stenungsund and reports to Head of HR ISC Nordics. You will be part of a Nordic HR team with engaged colleagues who value team spirit.

We believe you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive HR generalist experience, including labor relations.
  • HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience as a business partner in a growing organization.
  • Skills in building trusted partnerships with peers, leadership, and unions.
  • Ability to work in an international, matrix environment.
  • Team player mindset with a focus on performance and collaboration.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
