Strategy Consultant

My client is a leading regulatory compliance consultancy with a global presence in the chemical industry, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Strategy Consultant to join their team in Lund, Sweden. This role demands exceptional leadership, interpersonal finesse, and technical prowess to navigate complex projects and drive business growth strategically.

As a key member of their growth strategy team, you'll spearhead initiatives that align with company objectives, fortifying their brand and helping to propel them to new heights. Overseeing projects from inception to completion, you'll ensure seamless execution, adherence to standards, and timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

What you'll do:

  • Project Leadership: Orchestrate projects with precision, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards. Strategic Planning: Craft and execute strategic initiatives that resonate with company goals. Collaborative Genius: Engage cross-functional teams, fostering synergy and seamless project execution. Performance Mastery: Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Executive Communication: Present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders with clarity and impact. Market Intelligence: Analyse industry trends and data to inform strategic decisions. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices in project management and strategy. Executive Support: Assist the GM and executive team, ensuring efficient operations.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communication, or a related field (mandatory). Experience: 2-3 years in project management and strategic planning within a consultancy. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (highly desirable). Project Mastery: Proven track record in managing complex projects. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communicative Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Confluence). Language Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish (native level) and English. Professional Prowess: High level of work ethic, professionalism, and transparency.
