Job Description

For our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team at Vattenfall IT, we are in search of a driven IAM & ASMT Consultant in Solna.

Our IAM team, consisting of 9 members, oversees the identity and access management system (Omada) and the Authority and Signature Management Tool (ASMT) for the entire Vattenfall group. We provide essential expertise and support for business and IT projects, managing various systems across the Vattenfall IT landscape. Our aim is to remain current and offer the group trust, security, and automation through the adoption of new technologies. Keeping pace with our IT strategy and technological advancements, we ensure that IAM and ASMT are at the forefront of technology.

What You'll Be Doing?

As an IAM & ASMT Consultant, you will be involved in two key roles. Primarily, you will be supporting IAM System Management closely, and secondly, you will act as a System Manager for our ASMT system. These roles will require your participation in both business and IT projects, as well as within our organizational structure. Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage ASMT application to ensure functionality and security
  • Focus on business analysis, requirements engineering, and change management
  • Support in analyzing, planning, designing, and implementing new solutions or enhancements
  • Close collaboration with IAM System Management for IAM-related tasks
  • Take charge of ASMT system responsibility and management
  • Engage in exciting collaborations within a highly motivated, independent team aligned with Vattenfall's goals
Qualifications

As our IAM & ASMT Consultant (Omada), you should possess excellent communication skills, a forward-thinking mindset, and an interest in security and technical subjects. You should have a preference for working locally in an international setting, with the drive to enhance our systems alongside the team.

In addition, you should have:

  • An IT education or equivalent qualification with a strong IT background
  • A proactive and structured work approach focusing on result quality
  • Experience with Omada technologies or other IAM products
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies in a self-managed environment is advantageous
