All Nippon Airways (ANA) opens a Key Account Manager position. ANA plans to open a new route from Stockholm to Tokyo (Haneda) in the winter schedule of fiscal year 2024.

ANA is Japan's largest airline, holding the SKYTRAX 5-Star designation for 11 consecutive years and a Star Alliance member since October 1999. The airline serves an extensive international network in Europe, the US, and Asia with 36 city destinations, as well as a domestic network with more than 130 routes, primarily operating from its main hubs of Haneda and Narita in Tokyo. The ANA Group also controls subsidiary passenger carriers Peach, Air Japan, and ANA Wings. The Group currently operate 278 aircraft. The airline inspires its employees, customers, and society to explore endless possibilities through diverse connections that begin in the sky.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible area: Scandinavia and offline countries
  • Identify and prospect potential partners through market research, and develop and implement strategic plans for building partnerships with trade partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Account manage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Client Relationship Management led approach, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners is crucial. Act as the primary point of contact for trade partners and ownership within ANA, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing partnerships.
  • Managing budgets and financial aspects related to assigned portfolios. Ensuring that ANA meets revenue and profitability targets while providing value to partners.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships, gain insights, and promote ANA's products and services
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations (offline or online) to partners, highlighting ANA's services, routes, pricing, and any exclusive benefits for travellers. Customise offerings to meet the specific needs and preferences of trade partners.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions

Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in account management, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Financial/commercial acumen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Resilience, creativity, and innovation.
  • Solution-led.
  • Business Level of English is essential. Japanese and other European languages are an asset.
