Vi søger en strategisk stærk og kommercielt tænkende Strategic Business Developer til vores kontor i Aarhus eller Herning.

Om jobbet

Som Strategic Business Developer får du en indflydelsesrig rolle med kommercielt ansvar i vores branding- og marketingafdeling under vores business unit DigitalExperiences. Du får ansvaret for din egen kundeportefølje, hvor du både vedligeholder eksisterende kunderelationer og hjælper med at åbne døre til nye.

Din rolle er at udvikle kundernes forretning digitalt og sikre en stærk relation i samarbejdet. Du skal fungere som strategisk og kommerciel sparringspartner for både kunden og afdelingens konsulenter og specialister.

Dine arbejdsopgaver består fx i:

  • At sikre strategiske og langvarige samarbejder, hvor du driver og udfordrer kunderne på nye marketingtiltag
  • At skabe forståelse for kundernes forretning, hvor du ser muligheder for vækst gennem branding- og marketingindsatser
  • At udvikle idéer og oplæg på marketingindsatser til kunden i samarbejde med vores marketing specialister
  • At følge op på resultaterne og videreudvikle kunderne herfra
  • Udvikle og vedligeholde kommercielle tiltag i vores marketing afdeling, der er med til at sikre den fortsatte vækst
Hvem arbejder du sammen med?

Du arbejder tæt sammen med vores dedikerede marketing teams, hvor du er ansvarlig for fremdrift på opgaverne og at målene indfries. Det er dig, der skal sikre, at dine kunder får mest muligt ud af deres digitale tilstedeværelse og af deres marketing budget.

Du skal være tæt på dine kunder, forstå deres forretning og rådgive dem til de løsninger, der sikrer, de indfrier deres digitale ambitioner. Det kræver, at du har en solid forretningsforståelse og kan matche C-level profiler hos kunder, der er digitalt ambitiøse.

Når du har afstemt ambitioner, økonomi, handleplaner og målsætninger med kunden, tager vores projektledere og konsulenter over og eksekverer strategien og sikrer løbende rapportering til kunden. Du har ansvaret for opfølgningsmøder med kunden, hvor du præsenterer resultater og ikke mindst nye marketinginitiativer, der konstant flytter kundens forretning.

Hvem er du?

Din baggrund er ikke afgørende for jobbet. Men vi forestiller os, at du har en solid digital erfaring, der gør, at du kan rådgive vores kunder på et strategisk niveau.

Måske er du:

  • Uddannet fra en kommerciel uddannelsesinstitution
  • Erfaren fra en lignende stilling – gerne med mindst 3-5 års erfaring
  • En social, udadvendt person med et stort drive
  • Kommunikativ stærk og kommercielt tænkende
  • Særlig god til at bygge stærke relationer til kunder og kolleger – og har formentlig et stort netværk, som du ikke er bange for at bruge.
