Its portfolio is composed of iconic brands such as Wella Professionals, Sebastian Professional, Sassoon Professional, System Professional, NIOXIN, ghd, OPI and Kadus Professional.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Junior Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and performance of Wella System Professional. Your role is to develop and execute brand strategies across our six Northern European markets for your brands within the Wella Portfolio.

You will work closely with the headquarters in Geneva and with the cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that effectively position our brand in the market. The role reports to the

Head of Marketing Development Northern Europe.

Monitoring marketing trends and analyzing internal and competitor activities will be integral parts of your responsibilities to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.

Your key job responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate to develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences. Launch Execution: Collaborate to plan and execute launches for System Professional Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyse data to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand positioning and messaging. Sales Cycle development: Work with team to develop compelling brand messaging and activation for the quarterly sales cycle. Content Creation and Management: Content creating and managing content for various marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as education, sales, and supply, PR&Comms and any other teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of branding efforts and identify areas for improvement. Budget and price Management: Managing the brand budget and conducting price management.

You:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Proficiency in market research and data analysis. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Passion for consumer brands and staying updated on industry trends
