Rollen har stort ansvar i planering & koordinering, . i korsfunktionella projekt med produktägare, marknad och R&D för att kommersialisera nästa generations smarta produkter men även över lönsamhetsanalyser och sammanställningar av konkurrensinsikter. Du kommer ha mycket kontakt & diskussion med andra avdelningar, såsom R&D, marknad och sälj, och en nyckel för att lyckas kommer vara en prestigelös inställning och en bra samarbetsförmåga. Rollen är placerad i Stockholm, men kommer ibland innefatta resor. 

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden för rollen:

 Insiktdriven utveckling av vårt kunderbjudande genom nära interaktion & kon. takt med våra säljkanaler  Översätta data till insikter om förbättringsområden och ta dessa vidare för att förbättra vår verksamhet Koordinering av kommersiell planering, månadsstängning samt budgetarbete för att guida investeringsbeslut och strategiska prioriteringar  Ägare av lönsamhetsmodeller samt involvering i ersättningsmodeller för att vidareutveckla våra säljkanaler  Nära samarbete med korsfunktionella team av produktägare, marknad och kommunikation, R&D samt säljkanalerna för att lansera nästa generations smarta produkter Ansvar för att strukturera & koordinera konkurrentinsikter genom involvering av stakeholders från alla delar av verksamheten Planera, koordinera och exekvera på månatliga kampanjer med uppföljning end-to-end Stötta med analys, business cases och projektledning efter behov

Vem är du?

En person som gillar att arbeta i en organisation med högt tempo som gärna testar nya lösningar i en föränderlig miljö. Du drivs av att samarbeta med andra och att andra i organisationen utvecklas. Du har en stark analytisk förmåga och kan ta analys till handling. Vi letar efter kandidater med en utbildning i ”Business administration” eller relevant ingenjörsutbildning samt minst 2 års erfarenhet från en affärsinriktad position med inslag av projektledning och/eller arbete som managementkonsult. Erfarenhet från konsumentvaru-/tjänsteföretag är meriterande.

Kvalifikationer

Erfarenhet från projektledning Minst 2 års erfarenhet av analytiskt arbete (kvalitativt och kvantitativt) Mycket goda kunskaper i Office-paketet, i synnerhet Excel och PowerPoint

Kompetenser och erfarenheter:

God samarbetsförmåga och en lagspelare God och anpassningsbar kommunikativ förmåga (VD till individuell säljare) Resultatorienterad och affärsdriven, med kapacitet  Uppskatta att arbeta i en föränderlig organisation med högt tempo Tar initiativ hela vägen från analys till implementation Van att arbeta självständigt  Mycket god analytisk förmåga
