About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sweden. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for IT security, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in the IT security industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the IT security domain.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability in autonomous execution.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships that contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment by demonstrating the ability to self-manage and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Foster connections at multiple levels through skillful relationship-building capabilities.
  • Bring a complete understanding of IT security functions, industry best practices, and standards.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in business development or sales.
  • Experience with IT Security (Required).
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving business growth.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Language requirements: Swedish and English.
