Om rollen

I rollen som Produktspecialist ansvarar du för försäljningen av produkter inom sterilteknik såsom rengöring, desinfektion och sterilgodshantering, Du har eget kund- och budgetansvar där försäljning av helhetslösningar står i fokus. Dina kunder är steriltekniska avdelningar, operationsavdelningar och övriga avdelningar på sjukhus samt vårdcentraler. Det är en relativt komplex säljprocess där varje affär kan innebära ett avslut på flera miljoner kronor. Du involveras i allt från bearbetning av befintliga kunder till nyproduktion eller ombyggnation av sjukhus och sterilcentraler. Utöver dina kunder inom vården kan du ha kontakt med byggentreprenörer för att säkerställa att lokalerna blir ändamålsenliga vid ny- eller ombyggnad. Du kommer att arbeta med kundbesök, produktpresentationer, produktutbildningar, offentliga upphandlingar och offerter. Du samarbetar nära vår serviceorganisation för att fånga upp affärsmöjligheter och säkerställa överlämningar av affärer och projekt.

Ditt geografiska område är Västra Götalandsregionen, Värmland och Östergötland

Vad du har med dig

Du har erfarenhet av komplex, projektbaserad försäljning till hälso- och sjukvård. Du har en teknisk bakgrund, gärna erfarenhet som operationssjuksköterska eller steriltekniker. Du har utbildning till sjuksköterska, högskoleexamen eller likvärdigt inom teknik, ekonomi/ marknadsföring och/eller tidigare liknande försäljningserfarenhet. Ett plus är om du har erfarenhet från offentliga upphandlingar. Du har körkort och behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift.

About the Role

In the role of Product Specialist, you are responsible for the sales of products within sterile technology such as cleaning, disinfection, and sterile goods management. You have your own customer and budget responsibility with a focus on selling complete solutions. Your customers are sterile technical departments, operating departments, and other departments in hospitals and health centers. It is a relatively complex sales process where each deal can amount to several million kronor. You will be involved in everything from working with existing customers to new construction or renovation of hospitals and sterile processing departments. In addition to your healthcare customers, you may have contact with building contractors to ensure that the premises are suitable for new or renovated facilities. You will work with customer visits, product presentations, product training, public procurement, and quotations. You collaborate closely with our service organization to capture business opportunities and ensure the handover of business and projects.

Your geographical area is Västra Götaland, Värmland, and Östergötland.

What You Bring

Experience in complex, project-based sales to healthcare. A technical background, preferably experience as an operating room nurse or sterile technician. Education as a nurse, university degree, or equivalent in technology, economics/marketing, and/or previous similar sales experience. Experience in public procurement is a plus. A driver's license and fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
