We are revamping our approach to marketing and are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can own and drive effective lead acquisition through thought leadership. This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing and work closely with our data unit and local sales teams to plan and execute our content strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement a lead generation-focused content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives qualified leads through the sales funnel.  Utilize AI tools and advanced tech solutions to enhance content creation, targeting, and distribution for maximum lead generation impact.  Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure the consistent, timely, and targeted delivery of high-quality content across multiple platforms, aligning with business goals and audience engagement strategies.  Produce high-quality thought leadership content, such as but not limited to whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, infographics, video, social media posts, case studies, and blog posts, specifically designed to attract and nurture potential clients.  Collaborate closely with our VP of Sales to create content that supports lead generation efforts, ensuring every piece drives engagement and interest from our target audience.  •Work closely with our research team and local sales teams, to build out content that utilises our unique research. Prepare our webinars to highlight such content.  Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and conversion rates, ensuring our content ranks highly for relevant industry keywords.  Manage content distribution across multiple digital channels, including email marketing, social media, third-party platforms, and our website.  Support sales enablement programs, if necessary, create compelling sales collateral to support outreach activities  Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continous improvement. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B content creation and strategy.  Ability to distil complicated concepts into simple ideas and write in a structured manner to explain these.  Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English with a portfolio of published content.  Analytical skills and ability to review results of data analyses and bring out insights that are relevant and easy to follow for target audiences. Experience of creating content based on market research will be an advantage.  Familiarity with digital channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS) and how to leverage these in the best way to increase exposure to our content.  Ability to turn around creative marketing copy that fits within the constraints of a digital environment, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with visual elements, highlights upcoming content, and is suitable for various platforms. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple content projects and deadlines.  Proven experience with content software (e.g., content management systems, content creation tools, analytics tools) to enhance content development and distribution.  Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, editing, and optimization, demonstrating the ability to streamline processes and elevate content quality.  Knowledge and experience in social selling techniques and strategies, leveraging social media to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.  Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing) are a plus.  Native level equivalent English is a must. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.  Experience in HR, talent acquisition or employer branding is a big advantage. Previous experience in a startup environment wearing multiple hats is a plus.
