Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a deep understanding of the social media landscape, and a keen interest in running campaigns all over the globe? Join our team of Digital Marketing Specialists
The purpose of the Digital Marketing B2C team is to attract the right respondents to our surveys with the help of compelling content and messaging – and to engage and attract our user community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital marketing channels, driving conversions. Apply your knowledge and experience in performance tracking and data visualization to analyze campaign results, derive actionable insights, and communicate key findings to stakeholders. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and continuously explore new paid digital marketing channels to maximize campaign effectiveness. Optimize social media marketing activities and identify opportunities for growth and improvement through data analysis and audience insights. Utilize your copywriting and content creation expertise to craft compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the competition. Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar to ensure the consistent, timely, and targeted delivery of high-quality content across multiple platforms, aligning with business goals and audience engagement strategies. Work closely with our research team and local sales teams, to build out content that utilises our unique research. Manage content distribution across multiple digital channels, including email marketing, social media, third-party platforms, and our website.
Qualifications
Language:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Requirements (Must have hard skills):
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in paid advertising across major social media platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads. Knowledge and experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and data visualization to drive data-driven decision-making and effectively communicate campaign results to stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM, email marketing strategy and best practices. Familiarity with social media management tools to streamline campaign management and reporting. Experience with data analysis tools (Forsta, Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI or similar). Competence in using Canva, or similar software for creating compelling visual content. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English. Experience in copywriting and content creation, with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
