Job Description

As a Digital Client Service Manager, you love working with clients and deliver the best possible communication campaigns for them. You enjoy leading and motivating a team of channel specialists cross all online and offline channels and together you create the finest solutions for your clients.

Your primary focus will be to lead and drive all campaign-related duties, from recommendations and planning to executing and evaluating the campaign. As Digital Client Manager you are also responsible for implementing and managing digital activations from start to finish. Including planning and buying, develop data-driven recommendations for media buying cross all channels full funnel and continuously analyze and evaluate campaign results and support your clients with actionable recommendations.

This role puts high demands towards you being solution oriented while instilling trust in your relationships.

Qualifications

5+ years work experience from media and communications industry. You have good knowledge of digital marketing, measurement and measurement frameworks. Experience in social media and/or programmatic buying is meritorious. Academic or relevant post-secondary education We place high value on your ability to work in a structured manner with an optimistic, solution-oriented, and upbeat attitude.
