Job Description

As part of our Digital Commercial team your main areas of responsibility will be to support and maintain our CRM and Document Management platform part of our Veeva Commercial Cloud, used by our Commercial and Medical teams. Your main responsibility will be to manage tickets and requests from our users in order to maintain these systems.  As Sobi is in an exciting growth phase, there will be good opportunities to influence and shape this role.

 

  • Provide technical support and assistance to our CRM users and resolve any issues or queries via our ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with our CRM system, such as configuration, integrations, customizations and performance
  • Monitor and analyze the CRM usage and data quality and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the CRM system Administrator
  • Develop and maintain CRM documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Train and coach our CRM users on how to use the system effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce or similar is preferred
  • Strong interest in learning Sobi systems
  • Experience working with Document Management applications such as PromoMats or MedComms is an upside but not required
  • Knowledge about Veeva Open Data and Veeva Network will be considered is an upside but not required
  • Knowledge about Veeva CLM, Engage and VAE is an upside but not required
  • University Education in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or similar knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience from the Pharmaceutical industry is an upside but not required
