About the role

This role combines hands-on reporting and dashboard development with responsibility for ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across our reporting landscape. You will act as a key link between the business and data infrastructure, helping ensure that insights are both accurate and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain operational and financial reports that support business decision-making.

Develop dashboards and visualizations in AWS QuickSight and other BI tools.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources.

Take ownership of data stewardship: monitor, validate, and improve data quality, ensuring consistency across systems.

Define and document data standards, naming conventions, and reporting definitions to support governance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable data solutions.

Drive automation of recurring reporting tasks, reducing manual effort and errors.

Requirements

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Proven experience with BI tools (AWS QuickSight preferred, Power BI/Tableau/Looker a plus).

Knowledge of data stewardship, data governance, and data quality frameworks.

Familiarity with ETL processes, data models, and pipelines.

Strong analytical skills, with an ability to identify data issues and propose solutions.

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Background in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
