About the Role

Our client is seeking a
curious, analytical, and self-driven Business Analyst
to join their
Supply Planning Unit
, focusing on
Reverse Supply
.

You will work across three key areas:

  • External Exit & Overstock Selling
  • Faulty Items
  • Garment Collection

Your mission is to help give unwanted garments a new life and ensure they end up in the right place. You'll drive analytics initiatives, improve reporting, and turn data into actionable insights that shape decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and creating impact within sustainability and circularity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, validate, and structure relevant data sources
  • Perform analysis using
    Excel
    and
    Power BI
  • Build and improve
    Power BI dashboards
    and reports
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Take ownership of initiatives from hypothesis to insight and delivery

What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in
    Excel
    and
    Power BI
  • 2–4 years
    of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • A proactive, independent mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and challenge the status quo

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    task-automation tools
  • Background in:
  • Overstock or stock management
  • Sustainability or ESPR reporting
  • Textile sorting / used-goods industry
