We are looking for BI /System Engineer  to our reputed customer in Sweden - Stockholm - Project Starts Immediately till June

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a Regulatory Reporting Data Mart that consolidates and transforms data from various internal sources.
  • Implement data transformation logic to align internal data structures with the vendors model.
  • Build and maintain cloud-native integrations between the Data Mart and the SaaS reporting platform.
  • Support the automation of mappings and business rules, enabling scalable and flexible ETL processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and regulatory experts to ensure high data quality and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Regulatory reporting expertise, ideally with experience from one of the main vendors in the regulatory reporting space (and familiarity with BIRD or similar frameworks).
  • Core banking data knowledge and understanding of financial products and regulatory data flows.
  • Full-stack development experience
  • Backend: SQL-based data engineering and development (parametrized and dynamic SQL)
  • Frontend: Cloud-native UI development using frameworks such as React
  • Ability to generate executable code dynamically (e.g., SQL, C#, or Python with database connections) based on user-defined input such as pseudo-code or tabular mappings.
  • Experience in building parameter-driven ETL frameworks, executing large-scale data mappings based on business-defined rules.
  • Knowledge of configuration tablebased architectures, supporting flexible maintenance of large sets of mapping tables and predefined SQL functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting systems such as AxiomSL, BearingPoint Abacus, Wolters Kluwer OneSumX, or similar.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods and collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams.
