The role
The role will report to Head of Data & AI

Location for this position is Stockholm (Sickla)

Hybrid work. We see that hybrid work, where we as employees can work either from home or from the office, creates opportunities to perform and work effectively in virtual and real environments.

Purpose of role

Turn data into decision-grade insights. Build certified models/datasets, robust dashboards and embedded/mashup experiences where users work. Standardise KPIs across channels (AHT/ACW, queue time, FCR/containment, recovery, CSAT), enforce performance/data quality/RLS, and frame before/after value for leadership.

Responsibilities of role

• Model in Power BI/Fabric (DAX/Tabular) and Qlik Sense; deliver certified datasets with RLS.

• Build dashboards/alerts (AHT/ACW, queue, FCR/containment, recovery, CSAT); enable embedded/mashup.

• Standardise KPIs with the PO; enable self-service; versioning and CI/CD.

• Drive self-service adoption (analytics/reporting, AI-assist) via training, comms and demos.

• (Data & AI focus) Apply modern AI tooling (AI coding assistants, auto-docs, DAX/SQL suggester) to improve productivity, quality and consistency.

Your Background

• You have a Bachelor´s degree or similar vocational experience
• 3–7+ yrs in BI; Power BI/Fabric and Qlik Sense; strong SQL; data modelling & dashboard UX.
• Embedding/mashup experience; performance tuning; KPI standardisation.
• Agile/SAFe; DevOps/CI/CD a plus; clear communicator and collaborator.
• Proven training/communication/awareness experience to grow self-service analytics/reporting.
• (Data & AI focus) Hands-on with AI productivity tooling and safe enablement within BI workflows.
• A hands-on BI builder with sharp instincts for data modelling, KPI logic and decision-support UX. You simplify complexity, pursue speed with governance, and balance quick delivery with long-term quality.
