At Njord, you'll help shape the creative that powers these Rainmakers and influences some of the most important deals happening today.

The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Art Director with a strong design foundation and 3+ years of professional experience to elevate our creative output across brands, campaigns, and high-stakes commercial initiatives.

You'll work closely with strategists, writers, and content creators to bring concepts to life – turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communication.

This role blends creativity with strategic impact, making you a core contributor to client success and Njord's creative identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the visual language across client projects, campaigns, and brand systems.
  • Produce digital ads, landing pages, social content, presentation design, and brand assets.
  • Turn strategy into visual concepts and narratives.
  • Partner closely with strategists, copywriters, and account teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Maintain and elevate visual consistency across multiple client brands.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Njord's high standards for clarity, craft, and impact.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or similar.
  • Experience: 2–3+ years in a professional design role, ideally in agency, tech, or B2B environments.
  • Design Mastery: Strong skills in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Mindset: Thrives in high-paced, collaborative settings; embraces feedback and growth.
  • Communication: Strong communicator who can synthesize input and present ideas clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: High craft standards across all deliverables.
