Job overview

We are looking for an inhouse Art Director to join our team in Stockholm. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts across product packaging, retail, digital content, and campaign touchpoints.

Working closely with the Product Director and cross-functional teams, you will take ideas from concept to final delivery and ensure a consistent and elevated brand identity across all channels.

As our Art Director, you will lead the craft end-to-end—balancing strategic thinking with high-quality execution in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment. This role requires a hands-on mindset, where you are comfortable creating, managing, and maintaining all channels to ensure both quality and continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead visual direction and creation of packaging, retail POS, and other physical brand assets.
  • Develop concepts and marketing materials for product launches and global campaigns.
  • Plan and manage photoshoots and digital still/animated productions, including budgets and timelines.
  • Create and maintain digital content for social media, product pages, paid marketing, and
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all channels and support sales with needed assets.

Experience

  • 5+ years of art direction or graphic design experience, ideally within consumer electronics or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio showing packaging, physical materials, and digital/omnichannel creative work.
  • Good understanding of color, materials, finishes, trends, and retail-focused design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience producing artwork for print and handling both digital and offset print production.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual composition.
  • Ability to take projects from concept to final delivery with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working hands-on across digital and physical design needs.
