WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Art Director at Nextory, you will lead the creative process. You conceptualize ideas and develop strategies to realize Nextory's vision, from initial concept through to final execution - with a strong emphasis on driving growth.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for an experienced Art Director who thrives on generating and developing ideas and concepts. You have a strong passion for creative work and a keen eye for visual design across various channels and formats. If you love turning visions into reality and want to be a key player in our team, this might be the perfect role for you

Key responsibilities:

Generate ideas and concepts, develop final designs, coordinate the production of multifaceted communication materials in digital, social media, and other channels.

Manage projects from ideation through to post-production, finished art and delivery, working with the Head of Marketing and our Copywriter.

Be the gatekeeper of our brand guidelines and our partnership brand guidelines across all our visual messaging.

  Be the guiding AI voice within the creative side of the business.

Oversee approvals and quality control, along with the Head of Marketing.

Liaise directly with licensee partners and build strong relationships with internal and external contacts.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of experience working in a similar creative role.

Strong graphic design expertise with a solid understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography across print and digital media.

Strong knowledge/network of creative partners (photographers, directors, stylists, models, artists, illustrators etcetera).

Experience with marketing, licensing and PR work.

Must be willing to work with various AI tools.

Motion design and 3D work (a plus, but not essential).

Experience working as a director on set (a plus, but not essential).

Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That's why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.

Please note that we do not offer relocation and that a six-month probationary period applies.
