Assistant Art Director

As an Assistant Art Director you will support the Art Director in developing and executing creative concepts across campaigns and brand touchpoints, contributing to visual storytelling and ensuring consistency and excellence in creative output. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO  

• Assist in the development of visual concepts and layouts for creative projects across all channels. 
• Support and facilitate Art Directors in 360 campaign documentation and execution, including crop references and formats. 
• Ensure all creative work aligns with & Other Stories' brand visual expression. 
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Production Managers to ensure timely processes and delivery. 
• Organize and maintain visual assets and references for ongoing and future projects. 
• Stay updated on visual trends, fashion movements, and cultural references to inspire creative work. 
• Incorporate feedback from senior creatives and stakeholders to refine deliverables. 
• Assist Art Directors in preparing presentations and decks for internal reviews and external partners.

You will collaborate closely with Art Directors, Production Managers, and other creative team members to deliver high-quality visual content across campaigns and brand touchpoints.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Keynote, and Figma. 
• Strong eye for image composition, typography, and coherent execution. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. 
• Understanding of fashion aesthetics and brand positioning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
