With a strong track record across leading brands and scale-ups, we're now seeking a Senior Art Director to join our team.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Art Director with 7+ years of agency or in-house experience. You're a conceptual, visually driven thinker who loves developing ideas and bringing them to life in a fully integrated, 360° world. With a strong grasp of brand identity and design craft, you know how to translate strategy into bold storytelling and ensure consistency across channels. This is an opportunity to push creativity forward, elevate our brand and inspire the team to deliver outstanding work. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Work with the creative team to develop innovative, strategically-sound ideas that meet client goals and engage target audiences.
  • Art Direction: Lead the visual execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, film, experiential and OOH.
  • Design & Production: Create high-quality assets (moodboards, storyboards, design comps and final artwork) ensuring consistency and craft.
  • Client & Team Communication: Present to internal teams and clients in an engaging and comprehensible manner. Ability to incorporate and respond to relevant feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years' experience leading creative projects in agencies or in-house teams.
  • Strong skills in design, art direction, branding, and concept development, with a keen sense of culture and how it connects to business.
  • Portfolio showcasing innovative, strategic, and visually impactful work across media.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and design systems.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma, After Effects, and Midjourney is a plus.
  • Social media fluent, with strong awareness of trends, platform capabilities, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
