About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Department Manager to join our team. As a Sales Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in your assigned department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
