About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Manager to join our team at VELUX. As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in defining and rolling out new global sales strategies to maximize our sales efforts across customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global sales framework in close collaboration with regional functions and local markets.
  • Build best practice and organization needs into sales training programs and ensure adoption of the global sales framework.
  • Promote engagement with customer groups by supporting and equipping Market Directors, Sales Managers, and Salespeople with solid performance management processes and tools.
  • Ensure our CRM system becomes an enabler of growth by identifying commercial needs and converting them into solutions.
  • Deliver key frontline effectiveness through projects within classification, segmentation models, value propositions, project sales, performance management, etc.
  • Continuous alignment with key regional stakeholders on program-, project-, training planning, as well as budgeting.
  • Plan and facilitate Market Director Community events to ensure the MD Community continues to provide value for Market Directors.
  • Be accountable for all ComEx projects running within the Region, ensuring communication flow between stakeholders and consistent alignment in priorities and deliverables.
  • Responsible for smooth execution of product training towards Sales & Operations.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in sales management, sales excellence, or management consulting.
  • Great stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to influence on all levels in a complex organization.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams across markets, with a good understanding of key sales management capabilities.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and solid commercial understanding, including the ability to identify commercial needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Prior hands-on experience with CRM systems and knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and preferably another local language in the region, ideally German.
