
Customer Solutions Manager

Job Overview:
The Customer Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This involves delivering on set targets, such as net sales and margin, through the development and implementation of mutually profitable business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver quarterly and annual net sales/margin targets/market shares by working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Developing a deep understanding of the retailer strategy, shopper behavior, and category growth opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to identify and capitalize on category growth opportunities that benefit both Colgate and the customer.
- Owning the input and delivery of accurate customer forecasts, including volume, sales, and investment data.
- Working closely with marketing and the field team to identify, develop, and implement business solutions that drive retailer business forward.
- Building strong internal and external networks to facilitate collaboration across functions and help deliver key business priorities.
Requirements:
- A commercially astute individual with the ability to build strong business relationships and develop sustainable, mutually profitable business solutions.
- Forward-thinking, ambitious character with strategic capabilities, able to influence and negotiate internally and externally, with a clear commitment to delivering business results in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
