The Role
- Build and maintain market shares and coach a high-performing team in Sweden.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve market access and marketing challenges, stay up to date with market trends, negotiate with key stakeholders, and develop business acumen through coaching in the field.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management in sales or customer-facing roles in Med Tech.
- Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive change, and thrive in cross-functional and matrix environments.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish.
