Key Responsibilities- Drive Performance Visibility: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to provide timely and accurate reporting to the Board.
- Operational Management: Manage operational responsibilities across multiple geographies, gaining international exposure and experience.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Implement and refine financial planning and analysis models to drive business performance and provide insightful guidance.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes at a consolidation level, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Month-End Close Process: Actively participate in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Business Strategy and Decision-Making: Translate key performance indicators (KPIs) into actionable insights for the management team, refining business strategy and decision-making.
- Data Management: Develop a single source of truth for data, create dashboards, and leverage data in forecasts and performance analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A roles, with operational responsibilities across multiple geographies.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Swedish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
