On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in forecasting, financial planning, and tracking project expenses while ensuring adherence to budget
  • Monitoring project financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Monitoring project cash flows and identifying potential risks while conducting financial risk assessments for projects together with the PM and project members
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project reporting
  • Participating in Steering Committee meetings, project bid processes, and financial negotiations
  • Providing guidance and training to project teams on financial management best practices and system functionality

Qualifications include:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree: in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in business partnering, managing stakeholders, and providing financial advice
  • The ability to balance between the partnering role and ensuring financial compliance
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Experience with managing complex finance projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, value-added solutions
