Job Description:

We're seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to develop and manage the foundation of our sales pipeline. In this role, you'll create and maintain a high-quality database of prospects, aligning closely with strategic sales goals.

You'll empower our sales team to focus on engaging and closing deals.

Your Role:

  • Create and maintain a high-quality database of sports clubs and organizations.
  • Align lead generation efforts with strategic sales goals and priorities.
  • Oversee CRM data hygiene to ensure all prospect information is accurate and relevant.
  • Develop and implement data collection and enrichment strategies.
  • Work with contractors for data-related projects.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, database management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data management tools.
  • Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with contractors and teams.
  • Familiarity with sports organizations or sales pipelines is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
