Sales Development Executive

Pareto is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive growth and expansion in the market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through high-volume prospecting, leveraging your expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other technologies to optimize your workflow.
You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your sales strategy and improve outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing tailored sales plans to achieve targets.
- Nurturing existing client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions, follow-up activities, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
- Conducting regular review meetings with Account Executives to discuss pipeline progress and address challenges.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales development, preferably in software or technology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
