The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in technical sales, technical consulting, or a related field to join our dynamic Nordic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact on our customers' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and requirements across various industries.
  • Solution Delivery: Deliver tailored solutions to meet customers' needs, showcasing the value proposition of Polarion X.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, leveraging your expertise in ALM tools and PLM solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations that address customer challenges and objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with customers to gather insights on their experiences and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Background: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, technical consulting, or a related field, with a focus on application lifecycle management (ALM) in software development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in ALM tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Highly proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
