Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Hospitality Sales Lead. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing an annual sales development plan.

Your primary focus will be on building robust relationships with decision makers in the Hospitality sector, driving new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
  2. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets.
  3. Retain existing customers and extend their service contracts.
  4. Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure business is sufficiently profitable.
  5. React to customer/partner queries in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Work with supporting departments to resolve issues to a satisfactory standard.
  7. Accurately complete sales documentation, including quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  8. Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customers.
  9. Ensure the CRM system is updated with customer and opportunity information in line with set KPIs.
  10. Provide accurate and timely information to the manager and other internal individuals/departments.
  11. Contribute to the broader sales team, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues in achieving set objectives.
  12. Work professionally, effectively, and constructively to promote the company.
  13. Carry out additional duties deemed necessary by the manager and company to benefit the company and its customers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in new business sales, preferably within the IPTV and networking industry.
  2. Previous sales experience selling to hospitality operations and an understanding of hospitality technology.
  3. Proven knowledge of current sales techniques and strong working knowledge of developing a sales pipeline and sales development plan.
  4. Proven track record in managing and delivering new business targets.
  5. Familiarity with the French hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  6. Proven interpersonal and networking skills ideally in a similar sales environment.
  7. Strong communication and team working skills.
  8. Organisational, planning, and sales preparation skills.
  9. Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  10. Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and corporate IT systems like Outlook.
  11. Fluent in English and 2 Nordic languages.
  12. Passion for sales: ability to drive sales in a fast-growing company.
  13. Self-management: resilience, drive, self-control, and personal presentation.
  14. Interpersonal Skills: integrity, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  15. Communication skills: experienced and strong.
  16. Teamwork: able to work with a dynamic sales team.
  17. Time Management: proven time management skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
  18. Change management: enjoyment of working in a fast-growing and changing company, with flexibility essential.
