Come and join the team as a Senior Sales Manager at a new hotel in Sweden which is coming soon.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building close working relationships with key decision makers to obtain increased market share.
- Analyzing market data and trends to inform decision-making and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Delivering presentations about our hotels and conducting regular meetings with clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Team leading experience would be an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities to secure advantageous agreements.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with various clients, including corporate accounts, MICE, and travel agencies.
- Flexibility, responsiveness, positivity, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Opera/Fidelio PMS is highly desirable.
