Regional Sales Manager Flavours

As a Regional Sales Manager Flavours & Fragrances, you will be instrumental in achieving this goal by managing and developing key relationships with our customers in the Nordics region.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage and develop relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective support for key accounts
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- At least BSc degree in Food Technology or Marketing/Business Administration
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, market dynamics, customers, strategies, and product launches
- Ability to travel
- Team player with global matrix experience
- Fluent in English & Swedish, Norwegian is preferred
