As a Regional Sales Manager Flavours & Fragrances, you will be instrumental in achieving this goal by managing and developing key relationships with our customers in the Nordics region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage and develop relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective support for key accounts
Your Ideal Background
  1. 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  2. At least BSc degree in Food Technology or Marketing/Business Administration
  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, market dynamics, customers, strategies, and product launches
  5. Ability to travel
  6. Team player with global matrix experience
  7. Fluent in English & Swedish, Norwegian is preferred
