I vår roll som Front Office Supervisor är du en nyckelperson i vårt team och har en central roll i att leverera hög kvalitet i vår gästupplevelse. Du ansvarar för att ledningen över och skapat förutsättningar för att våra gäster ska få den service de förtjänar.
Du kommer att arbeta nära med din kollegor för att skapa en stabil och robust teamdynami, och ges feedback och support från ledningen.
Arbetsuppgifter:
- Leda och stötta personalen i deras arbete.
- Analysa och dra slutsatser från data och andra resultat från receptionens verksamhet.
- Genomföra analyser och planeringar för att förbättra receptionens processer.
- Hålla fast vid standarden för professionalism och branschstandard.
- Utför analyser och analysrapporter som presenteras inför management.
Kvalifikationer:
- Erfarenhet av ledarskap och problemlösning inom hotellbranschen.
- Bruk av PMS system (t.ex. Opera) och annan teknologi.
- Strategisk tankegång och initiativförmåga.
- Motivation och flexibilitet att ta hand om omtanke och beredskap att hitta lösningar.
