As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

• To maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• To oversee the smooth operation of the front desk and handle any issues that may arise during the night shift
• To assist with the preparation of reports and statistics related to the hotel's performance
• To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• To maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of Swedish and English languages (spoken and written)
• Leadership and self-management skills
