Becoming a Night Manager at our hotel in Stockholm is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and international work environment. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, this could be the perfect role for you
Your responsibilities will include:
- To maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- To oversee the smooth operation of the front desk and handle any issues that may arise during the night shift
- To assist with the preparation of reports and statistics related to the hotel's performance
- To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- To maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of Swedish and English languages (spoken and written)
- Leadership and self-management skills
