Job Description
The Account Director will be responsible for driving strategic license sales of Infor's ERP solutions to enterprise customers, focusing on strategic sales within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) domain, targeting both new and existing enterprise clients, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
This role involves building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in new and existing accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions that align with the customers' business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in ERP sales, a proven track record of successful enterprise-level sales, particularly within the manufacturing sector, strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute long-term account plans, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers, self-motivation, results-oriented, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
