**Manager of Maintenance Systems Support: Paving the Way for Fossil Freedom**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Maintenance Systems Support to join our team at Vattenfall. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and contributing to our mission of achieving Fossil Freedom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Work with the Head of Supply Chain and Maintenance Systems to develop, update, and implement strategies and tactical activities that support business objectives and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Ensure the performance of employees within the team by managing stakeholder relationships, reviewing budget and resources, and identifying development needs.
  • Ensure Process Excellence: Ensure that processes and maintenance system solutions are complete, continuously improved, and strategically aligned to support users in executing their roles effectively.
  • Manage Work Requests and Incidents: Ensure efficient work management of incident and change requests via the established ticketing system.
  • Provide System Support and Documentation: Maintain system testing and support documentation, including processes, system blueprints, user instructions, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Determine and ensure that changes are supportable and provide input to Maintenance Systems Improvement and Master Data teams to ensure standardized processes and systems solutions.
  • Optimize Systems Use and Manage User Expectations: Continuously optimize systems use and manage user expectations through Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide Efficient Systems Support: Provide efficient and customer-oriented systems support to stakeholders, including teams in Supply Chain and Maintenance Systems, Operations/Sites, and internal suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in a similar position in the energy sector or a technical industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: IT-Systems knowledge in SAP PM/MM, SAP Integration software, and mobile maintenance solutions.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead international teams, drive a performance culture, and develop key skills and knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with good language skills in Swedish or Danish a plus.
