Vattenfall is looking for an HR process specialist with experience in implementing modern Payroll and HR admin solutions to be part of our Solution Design Team in Sweden.
The Solution Design Team is part of People Services that provides shared HR services to the entire Vattenfall organization. Our goal is to develop efficient and qualitative services, modern system solutions and efficient processes with positive customer experience. We drive the development of our HR processes and IT systems at the same time as we manage a steady daily service delivery.
Responsibilities:
The main focus for this role will be to participate in projects and improvement initiatives to support the HR Transformation in Vattenfall. As we progress further, this role will also be able to focus on process management and maintenance of implemented solutions. Other responsibilities will be coordinating compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will have a main focus on Swedish ways of working and initiatives.
Other responsibilities:
Being knowledgeable on the details of the processes, how the system works and its uses Drive smaller improvements and initiatives for the development of our processes and systems Be involved in audits and discussions regarding legal requirements and compliance – whether it be in a coordinating or operational role Close collaboration with Process Managers (PM) as well as other teams to ensure process functionality and follow-up its efficiency Collaborate with and support the delivery teams that \"work in\" our processes/systems
Your profile
A degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience that you acquired in another way Proven knowledge of Payroll and HR admin processes and systems Experience from implementing modern Payroll and HR admin solutions and systems Ability, interest and experience of coordinating initiatives and/or smaller projects Passionate about developing and improving process efficiency and user experience Independent and driven, good at organizing and driving things forward Excellent communication skills and a team player Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must Experience working with MS office is a must, SAP HR knowledge is a merit Process documentation tool knowledge is a merit
