Role Overview: The In-Process Testing Analyst plays a crucial role in conducting in-process evaluations of our PCR products manufactured on automated assembly lines, ensuring the safety of patients. The outcomes of these tests are meticulously compiled and documented in various systems.
Work Environment: The IPT laboratory is characterized by a dynamic atmosphere, where you will collaborate with a team of nine high-performing analysts. This position operates on a 5-shift schedule, encompassing a total of 19 shifts over a continuous five-week period. The shifts consist of 5 day shifts, 5 evening shifts, 5 night shifts, and 4 weekend shifts (2 during the day and 2 at night), with several rest days interspersed between the transitions from day to evening to night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing, sampling, and inspection protocols for raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve functionality and performance issues.
- Recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee the calibration of on-site equipment and tools.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field with no prior experience, or
- A high school diploma (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of relevant work experience, or a Technical Trade Degree with 1-2 years of laboratory or related industry experience.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
