Job Overview

Billerud is seeking a highly skilled HR-Generalist to join our team at our headquarters in Solna. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business-oriented HR initiatives and supporting the Commercial division and Group Functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, including labor law, employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with the business to integrate HR perspectives and goals into decision-making.
  • Act as a sounding board for senior leaders and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business-oriented HR role, preferably in a larger international organization.
  • University degree in HR, psychology, social sciences, business administration, or other related fields of study.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
  • Knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience in negotiations.
  • Experience working with all processes in the HR annual cycle and driving change projects.
  • Ability to work in business-oriented environments and prioritize accordingly.
